Last week, thousands of documents relating to the Kennedy assassination were declassified, thus allowing us to learn more about how various agencies -- agencies that spend our money and act in our name -- investigated the murder.

However, early reports indicate that the files are heavily censored, and so we'll probably never get to see the interesting stuff that might well be lurking in the archives:

Found promising lead re rumored JFK extra-marital affairs. Some may have involved women in Texas, where many husbands carry guns and often shoot men who attempt intimacies with their wives. Also, two bubbas were seen in honky-tonk last night, bragging that they taught some lily-livered stripe-pants Ivy Leaguer a permanent-type lesson about what happens when they trifle with our womenfolk.

Do not, repeat NOT, pursue that line. Counsel says such shooting is legal under Texas law. Director orders all JFK peccadillo rumors to remain confidential so he can use them to blackmail AG RFK in order to maintain budget at suitable levels. Resume assigned task of placing Oswald prints on rifle or pack for transfer to Butte.

Probe of Oswald USMC file reveals he caught a venereal disease while in service but was not disciplined because it was contracted in the line of duty. Am attempting to find source of infection. Query: Just what kind of duty was he assigned to, and can I get similar assignment?

Find many ties between Ruby and organized crime: illicit gambling, after-hours liquor sales, gun-running to Cuba, possible police-payoffs. Also, file search shows Ruby was once listed as a confidential informant by former VP Richard Nixon when RMN was in Congress. Can HQ files tie these together?

Director says there is no such thing as organized crime and all RMN acquaintances are of high moral caliber. You are pulled from case. Report to Birmingham and assist with Bureau wire tap and tail on Martin Luther King. Or to SOG to continue important investigation of Louie, Louie lyrics.

Talked to informed confidential source who says JFK planned to pull out of Vietnam (wherever that is) and lead America into an era of peace, which would mean reduced defense appropriations and consequent loss of revenue for military-industrial complex. To preserve market share, defense industry contracted with New Orleans mob for hit on president from Grassy Knoll, and all evidence pointing away from One Lone Nut has been suppressed or ignored.

Note JFK was hard-line Cold Warrior who threatened to blow up world over Cuba and Berlin. Your confidential source is obviously loony-tunes. Please provide name so we can avoid in future.

Source name is Oliver Stone. Don't worry. No one will ever take him seriously.
